Memorial Clinics Welcomes Family Medicine Staff

CHI St. Luke’s Health Memorial Clinics, a division of CHI St. Luke’s Health Memorial, welcomes longtime Lufkin family medicine physician Dr. Andrew Fercowicz and his staff to the Lufkin Care Team.

Dr. Fercowicz has served the Lufkin community for the past 20 years as a Family Medicine Physician and Obstetrician.

He attended the Medical College of the Medical Academy of Wroclaw in Wroclaw, Poland. After coming to the United States, he completed a second residency in General Surgery at Detroit-Macomb Hospital in Warren, Michigan. In 1986, he opened his first medical practice in Blakely, Georgia. He opened a second practice nine years later in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, after completing his Family Practice residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

Also joining the Memorial Clinics team are Chesa Fercowicz, WHNP, who has been on staff at the clinic for 20 years and Cally Claussen, PNP, who has worked with Dr. Fercowicz for the past 5 years.

Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Marni Rossman, FNP-BC, is the newest member of the Angelina County medical community. She began practicing with Dr. Fercowicz on July 1. Ms. Rossman, FNP-BC, comes to Lufkin after recently graduating from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with her Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her undergraduate degrees in Nursing and Psychology with a minor in Biological Sciences from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Dr. Fercowicz, Ms. Rossman, Ms. Claussen and Ms. Fercowicz are accepting patients at 202 S. John Redditt Drive. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.
